A full-time tennis coach for over twenty years Steve has worked in several senior management roles such as a Tennis manager of a High-Performance Centre, Head Coach of a large commercial health and racquet club, tennis director and head coach of several clubs.
Steve has developed a reputation in driving participation in all the programs he has worked. A mentality of more and better players has also seen Steve work with several players who have gone onto ITF junior and ATP world rankings.
A U10 player development coach, Steve has worked in and around talent attraction and development for over fifteen years. A head coach of talent ID at two former national performance centres and north wales county coach, Steve has produced players for county, regional and national camps.
