Ultimate is an explosive yet flowing game where a disc is thrown between two teams on a narrow and long rectangular pitch, both teams trying to catch the disc in the endzone. The game is of beauty and brawn – beauty in the air as the disc glides through the air, brawn on the ground as players fill their power runs with tricks and cuts.
